A PLACE TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP.
PerformX Productions exists to give young people and emerging performers meaningful opportunities to experience musical theatre in Melbourne's West.
We believe developing performers need more than training alone. They need the chance to work as part of a company, collaborate with creatives, rehearse with purpose and bring fully licensed musicals to life in front of real audiences.
Based in Melbourne’s west, we create musical theatre programs designed specifically for youth and emerging performers, providing a supportive environment where they can build their craft, gain genuine production experience and discover what they are capable of.
For some, a PerformX production may be their first musical. For others, it may be the next step towards further training or a career in the performing arts.
Wherever they are starting from, our purpose is the same: to create the opportunity for emerging performers to step forward, take risks and grow through theatre.
WHY WE’RE HERE
Young performers in Melbourne’s west deserve access to high-quality theatre opportunities close to home.
PerformX Productions exists to help build that opportunity creating fully licensed musical theatre production programs where young and emerging performers can develop their craft, work with experienced creatives and perform for real audiences in their own community.
The talent is already here. The opportunities should be too.
